Continuous drilling 1200 hole is possible, Equivalent tool life to Conventional carbide drills. Continuous drilling 600 hole is possible on 30deg inclined surface.


Hole accurocy of drilling thin plates of aluminum alloy (A5052)

Aqua EX Flat drills is effective for burr control. Hole expansion within 0 to 5 micro m.
